University of Oklahoma's Department of Classics and Letters seeks an Administrative/Financial Coordinator to provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the Department Chair, faculty, staff, and students. Position Introduction:
The Administrative/Financial Coordinator provides professional administrative, financial, and operational support to the Department Chair, faculty, staff, and students within the Department of Classics and Letters. This position manages departmental financial operations, payroll, faculty personnel processes, and administrative functions while serving as the primary liaison with the College Dean's Office, Shared Business Services Center (SBSC), and other university offices. The position ensures efficient day-to-day operations, compliance with university policies, and exceptional customer service.
Equivalency/Substitution:Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
