We are a dynamic technology and business operations company seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support leadership across corporate operations and personal affairs. This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
The Role
You will serve as the primary operational support for a senior executive, managing a sophisticated blend of corporate and personal responsibilities. This is not a traditional administrative role—you'll be a trusted operator with significant autonomy and decision-making authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Coordination: Manage calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements (including private aviation and commercial flights), and optimize the executive's time
- Personal Affairs Management: Handle personal errands, household management, bill payments, and vendor coordination
- Event & Logistics Planning: Organize and coordinate corporate events, social gatherings, expos, fundraising functions, and office openings across multiple locations
- Screening & Access Control: Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests; serve as gatekeeper with authority to decline meetings and manage the executive’s availability
- Email & Communications: Respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive with appropriate voice and judgment; draft communications and prepare briefing materials
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Anticipate issues before they arise and develop creative solutions with minimal oversight
- Multi-Entity Support: Navigate operations across US-based corporate entities and international ventures
- Confidentiality-Critical Work: Handle sensitive business, financial, and personal matters with absolute discretion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in executive support, chief of staff, or similar high-autonomy role
- Demonstrated ability to manage both corporate and personal affairs seamlessly
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and integrity (background check required)
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Proficiency with calendar management, CRM systems, and productivity tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs require

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary commensurate with experience (range: $65,000–$85,000 depending on qualifications). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and flexible work arrangements.
