Job summary

Ascension Medical Group, Pediatric Neurosurgery in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support imaging scheduling, clinic operations, and office services in a day shift, on-site role. You will coordinate provider schedules, manage EMR entries, and ensure efficient communication with staff and patients.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent (or 1 year of related experience) and experience with surgery scheduling or prior authorizations.

• Coordinate office services including telephone coverage, supplies, and preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, track scheduling information, and ensure that office operating costs are within budgetary constraints.

What minimum qualifications you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Preferred experience: prior authorizations, surgery scheduling.
