Role Overview

Supports store management in administrative tasks, ensuring excellent customer service and a clean, organized environment.

Models outstanding customer service, promotes honesty and confidentiality, and participates in hiring and onboarding processes.

Performs cash handling duties, assists with scheduling, inventory, and supply management.

Maintains proper staffing, communicates effectively with team, and supports training initiatives.

Ensures adherence to policies, safety standards, and store standards for cleanliness and organization.

Promotes credit, loyalty programs, and shrink reduction efforts.
