Role Overview

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized store to enhance customer experience.

Role models exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and fostering a positive environment.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead merchandise processing, organize back stock, ensure proper tagging and signage, monitor team productivity, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Communicate effectively with management and team, provide training and mentorship, and support shrink reduction and loyalty programs.
• Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and lift heavy objects. Team-oriented with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
