• Customer Experience: Creates a positive shopping experience through engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Merchandise Management: Orchestrates truck deliveries, ensures proper tagging, hanging, and coding of items, and organizes back stock for replenishment.
• Team Leadership: Trains, mentors, and monitors Associates’ productivity; communicates effectively with management and team members.
• Store Standards & Compliance: Upholds merchandising philosophy, signage standards, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Additional Responsibilities: Supports shrink reduction, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and participates in store initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: At least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, respond to change, and lift heavy objects. Must be a team player and capable of training others. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.
