Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Store Operations Manager to oversee staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, sales, and customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and labor laws, lead a team through recruiting and development, and oversee opening/closing procedures while monitoring financial performance and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 55 pounds.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb as needed; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
