The Administrative Coordinator in the Department of Electrical Engineering in the Molinaroli College of Engineering and Computing ensures the smooth daily operations of the department by serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, faculty, staff, and students while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. This role manages front desk responsibilities, work requests, schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, drafts correspondence, assists with the processing of invoices, assists with travel requests and reimbursements, and assists with purchasing and printing tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency to support the department's overall functionality.
