Job summary

The University of South Carolina is seeking a Transfer Credit Coordinator to join the Office of the University Registrar. The role coordinates the evaluation and posting of domestic coursework to student records and supports transfer students by reporting transfer work and ensuring timely updates for student success.

Knowledge of data handling, strong spreadsheet skills, and experience with Banner SIS or similar systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to create fully functional spreadsheets and be familiar with organizing and analyzing large sets of data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the evaluation and posting of domestic coursework to student records.
• Support transfer students by reporting transfer work and ensuring timely updates to their records for student success.
