Job summary

TEKsystems is urgently hiring a Front Office Receptionist in Torrance, CA for a testing company. The role is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with pay at $25 per hour.

This on-site position requires strong customer service and administrative skills to support studies and scheduling. You will recruit/call subjects, perform data entry, verify patient information, explain compensation, and coordinate study visits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in receptionist/administrative role.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• At least 6 months handling inbound/outbound calls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Degree in a science/healthcare related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit / Call subjects for studies - warm calls, no cold calling.
• Data entry for patient information and verify patient information.
• Go over compensation information and schedule appointments.
• Schedule patients for studies on-site.
• Work with research staff to carry out studies.
• Put together study materials and subject profiles for participants.
• Update subject profile demographics.
• Work with subjects to complete questionnaires.
• Log FedEx orders and ensure guests sign in.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
