Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Talent Advisor to be onsite in Deerfield, IL to attract talent and support hiring priorities. This contract role will require partnering with Sourcing and TA teams to deliver full cycle recruitment and DEI-driven pipelines.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in client-facing recruitment, plus experience with applicant tracking systems and high-volume recruiting. Hybrid work in Deerfield, IL with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (screening, short-listing, interviewing, selection) in partnership with Sourcing and TA team members.
• Liaise with hiring leaders to create and lead DEI recruitment strategies for inclusive pipelines.
• Guide and coach hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected.
• Assist stakeholders with on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of the business and participate in discussions to assist with talent delivery.
• Partner with HR to create an exceptional recruitment experience for stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities.

We are assisting our client in hiring a Talent Advisor who will sit ONSITE in the Deerfield, Illinois office to assist with attracting talent and supporting hiring priorities.

What You Will Do

• Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business


• Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members


• Liaise with hiring leaders to create and lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recruitment strategies that result in an inclusive candidate pipeline


• Guide and coach hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role


• Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities


• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in business discussions to assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities


• Partner with HR professionals and internal HR Centers of Excellence to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders


• Lead/participate in continuous improvement activities

Job Type & Location

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
