TEKsystems is seeking a Security Technician for a Reno, NV contract-to-hire role. You will install and service access control and CCTV systems, pull and test cabling, and assist with system startup and commissioning on commercial projects.

Required skills include familiarity with construction sites, basic networking, and strong mechanical aptitude. Independence, teamwork, reliability, and customer service are essential for success in this onsite position.

Description

The Security Technician will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and related low-voltage technologies. This position works alongside project leads and superintendents to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, NV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
