Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a full-time temporary assignment in Blue Ash, Ohio. The role supports cross-functional teams and coordinates multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate and runs Monday–Friday on-site, through February 2027, with opportunities to gain experience in project coordination and operational support.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative, office coordination, project support, operations support, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project-related activities, schedules, deadlines, and documentation to support smooth daily operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal team members, vendors, and customers regarding project status updates and administrative requests.
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking spreadsheets, reports, and databases while ensuring information remains current and organized.
  • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before processing or distributing information.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing project timelines.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments to ensure projects, requests, and deliverables are progressing according to schedule.
  • Track and monitor project milestones, follow up on outstanding items, and provide status updates as needed.
  • Support vendor coordination, including scheduling services, maintaining contact information, and assisting with documentation and invoice processing.
  • Assist with purchase order tracking, invoice reconciliation, and administrative support related to financial documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and help resolve issues by coordinating with appropriate departments.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing administrative efficiencies.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while ensuring confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties to support overall business operations.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in Blue Ash, Ohio to identify a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator for a full-time temporary opportunity expected to last through February 2027. This position is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing exceptional support to internal teams and external partners.

This role serves as a key point of coordination across departments, helping to ensure projects, schedules, documentation, and communications remain organized and on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
