Qualifications

• Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
• 3 - 4 years of clerical experience.
• Basic transportation / logistics experience.
• Ability to read and analyze business periodicals and technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan/index documents.
• Schedule delivery of customer loads and maintain communications.
• Train associates on tasks of Inbound Department.
• Handle billing for the Inbound Department.
