Baylor University is seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to provide general administrative support to the Campus Living & Learning team and support the leadership of the assigned Residence Hall as CL&L’s main office.Prior office administrative experience is essential for this position including strong customer service skills.
University Parks is home to over 500 on-campus residents of all majors, including members of the Transfer Year Experience LLC.The Administrative Associate for University Parks will work with resident mail, apartmentkeys, and support first-year students and upper division students.University Parks is located near the Ferrell Center and features a community center, gym, recreational courts, and a pool.
Summer responsibilities may include further support of the University Parks Apartment Complex as well as CL&L’s central office located in Penland Hall.
This position is expected to work approximately 25 hours per week.
A high school diploma and three years of relevant work experience are required.A Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred.
