A growing technology organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of their Install and Service Department in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM and ERP systems. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or fast paced office environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Receive and route incoming calls and emails for new service requests.
Schedule recurring maintenance and coordinate daily service and installation activities.
Assist with ordering materials and equipment for service calls and maintenance contracts.
Prepare service estimates, daily logs, timekeeping records, and departmental reports.
Enter and maintain accurate data across CRM, ERP, SharePoint, and other systems.
