  • Manage office operations including mail, supplies, visitor coordination, and workspace support.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate and support small projects by tracking timelines and resources.
  • Maintain records and develop procedures for operational efficiency.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries from colleagues, clients, visitors.
  • Mentor junior administrative staff as needed.
  • May support commercial customers including account transactions.

Role Summary

Associated Bank seeks an Administrative Assistant – Project Coordinator to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to leaders and teams across the organization. In this role, you will help drive day‑to‑day efficiency through strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external partners while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage office operations such as mail processing, office supply ordering, visitor coordination, and workspace support.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate and support small projects by tracking timelines, organizing resources, and identifying potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and develop procedures to support operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries from colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Mentor or provide guidance to junior administrative staff as needed.
  • May provide support to commercial customers, including managing any account transactions.
Education & Experience

Required: High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years of banking, administrative, or office support experience; strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience
  • Supporting multiple leaders or departments in a professional environment.
  • Project coordination or event planning experience.
  • Experience supporting commercial banking or financial services operations.
Compensation

$23.09 – $39.58 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
