Edina Realty Title is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work in our Edina, MN closing center. Work as part of the closing team and become an integral part of our buyers’ and sellers’ big day. Work entails 25-28 hours/week with flexible hours between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. This is an in-office position. May travel to other closing centers as needed.
This key role provides support for our closing staff, assists with closing coordination, cuts checks, assists other members of the title team and handles some of the title closing processor functions when able. This position will also help answer phones, prepare closing documents, monitor office email, order supplies, maintain office equipment, and respond to requests.

Wage: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
