What You’ll Do
Client Experience (The First Impression)
- Back up our Front Receptionist in warmly greeting clients, guests, attorneys, and colleagues.
- Create an inviting, professional atmosphere where visitors feel instantly comfortable.
- Safely hand off important original documents (such as Green Cards, Social Security Cards, and Biometrics) directly to clients.
Case & File Management (The Engine Room)
- Keep our physical file system flawless, including managing a clear check-in/check-out process.
- Scan, organize, and upload incoming mail directly into our case management software.
- Team up with paralegals to prep, organize, and send out essential case mailings.
Daily Office Logistics (The glue holding it together)
- Sort and route incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the right team members instantly.
- Help retrieve or pick up physical documents when necessary.
- Pitch in with general administrative projects and lend a hand to team members as needed.
