KBR, Inc. in support of the Volpe Center seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive onsite, full‑time administrative support. The selected candidate will be responsible for complex calendar and schedule management, as well as the preparation of professional documentation and correspondence using the full Microsoft Office suite. This position requires an individual who has resided in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years and must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance through the Department of Transportation (DOT).
$21.64 – $28.85 hourly (Cambridge, MA location only). The offered rate will be based on contract affordability and the selected candidate’s working location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
