Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant performs duties as assigned that include receptionist, secretarial and operational duties for the practice, while serving as the liaison between the patient, other staff and the physician.

Answering incoming calls Both Direct and Voicemails
Checking patients out and scheduling appointments
Registering patients for appointments
