Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment in Redmond, WA. This temporary role offers $35–$40 per hour, with a Sep 15, 2026 start date, and requires top-tier calendar management and high-level administrative coordination.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 8 years of dedicated administrative support experience.

  • Extensive experience supporting senior leaders or executives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring their operational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating priorities across multiple stakeholders with precision and foresight.
  • Orchestrate travel arrangements and meticulously plan and execute meetings, including preparing agendas and necessary documentation.
  • Serve as an information and communication manager, reviewing and analyzing incoming communications to determine significance and facilitate distribution.
  • Oversee general office duties, including supply ordering, maintaining robust records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Review and process various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, and financial statements.
