Are you a highly organized and proactive administrative professional ready to play a pivotal role in a dynamic and innovative team? We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide comprehensive administrative support, directly contributing to the seamless operation and success of a team dedicated to building cutting-edge digital experiences. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs will empower senior leaders and drive critical initiatives forward, making a tangible difference every day.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of a high-performing team focused on product design (inclusive of Brand, Design Systems), writing, user experience research (UXR), and user experience engineering (UXE). You will contribute to key projects by:

  • Performing a variety of complex administrative functions for individual managers and groups.
  • Managing intricate schedules and calendars, particularly for senior-level executives.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Organizing and executing meetings, events, and team logistics.
  • Assisting with departmental financial and personnel operations.
  • Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of team members.
  • Managing procurement of hardware and peripherals.
  • Successfully completing special projects as assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leaders with complex calendaring.
  • Experience coordinating significant events, meetings, or complex team logistics.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively identify business needs.
  • Previous administrative experience within a large technology company.
