Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be part of the Business Support and Administrative department supporting organizational operations and executive functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Redmond, WA
Pay Range: $29-$32/hr
Duration: 10 months (potential to extend)
Coordinate and support team and organizational events, including logistics and materials preparation
Manage calendars, schedules, and business processes for leadership and teams
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and vendors, ensuring timely setup and asset recovery
Maintain office spaces, manage supplies, and oversee equipment and asset management
Support operational activities such as budget tracking, expense management, and procurement processes
Minimum of 5+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in project and task management tools
Experience planning and coordinating meetings and events
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
