Karndean Designflooring USA is looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant who’s proactive, detail-driven, and ready to jump in and support our team across departments. From managing calendars and handling internal communications to keeping virtual meetings on track, you’ll be a key part of our daily operations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys creating structure, and has a natural gift for staying one step ahead.

What You’ll Do

Manage calendars and schedule meetings across teams

Coordinate virtual meetings and travel arrangements

Draft, proof, and organize documents and reports

Support team onboarding and assist with internal comms

Keep digital files organized and up to date

Handle admin tasks that keep projects moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For

️ 2+ years of admin experience (remote preferred)

️ Excellent communication and organizational skills

️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.)

️ Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-moving environment

️ A positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
