Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join the Bunn Insurance team to handle administrative tasks and renewals for both personal and commercial insurance policies. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have excellent communication skills to support our insurance operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process insurance policy renewals for personal and commercial clients
  • Update client information in the agency management system
  • Prepare and send renewal documentation to clients
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy updates and changes
  • Follow up with clients on missing information or documentation
  • Assist with basic policy endorsements and changes
  • Maintain organized digital files of client policies and documents
  • Generate reports on renewal status and upcoming expirations
  • Provide administrative support to insurance agents as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance administration or similar role
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology and policy types
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
