Job summary

Mylan Inc. is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support GRA leaders and teams. You will coordinate meetings, manage calendars and travel, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities include preparing presentations, tracking headcount, onboarding/offboarding support, and IT request management. A strong work ethic and excellent communication are essential for success in this hybrid Washington, DC role.

Qualifications

  • Serve as a liaison and provide administrative support to GRA leaders and subordinate team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls and departmental meetings.
  • Perform routine administrative duties including scheduling staff appointments, screening emails, sending emails on LT member's behalf, document generation, travel bookings and expense reports.
  • Coordinate and maintain calendar/schedule and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Prepare simple to detailed presentations with text and graphics using PowerPoint.
  • Record meeting notes and prepare summaries of meetings.
  • Handle confidential information, budgets and headcount.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and recruitment activities; maintain org charts.
  • Manage IT requests for team members and provide pooled support for GRA staff.

  • Serve as a liaison and provide administrative support to GRA leaders and subordinate team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls and departmental meetings.
  • Perform routine administrative duties including but not limited to scheduling of staff appointments for proofreading, screening e-mails, sending emails on LT member's behalf, document generation, booking of travel and preparation of expense reports.
  • Coordinate and maintain calendar/schedule and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Prepare simple to detailed presentations, to include creation of supporting text and insertion/creation of graphics utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Record meeting notes and prepare summaries of meetings.
  • Routinely handle confidential and time-sensitive information, including budgets and headcount.
  • Support colleague and contractor on-boarding and off boarding, maintain organizational charts, and provide support for recruitment activities.
  • Manage IT requests for team members.
  • Supports other GRA administrative personnel to provide pooled services.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • High school diploma/GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years demonstrated administrative experience; however, 3-4 years of administrative experience preferred. A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams is required.
  • Must possess advanced administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and time management skills. Must have a strong work ethic and consensus gathering skills. Must possess strong computer skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking, and/or stooping. Light lifting requirements. Periodic travel may be required.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

2-3 days per week in the Washington, DC office

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $37,000 - $73,000.
