Job summary

Integral Care in Travis County, Texas, seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide moderately complex clerical and administrative support. You will handle office administration, business processes, and fiscal tasks with discretion and accuracy.

This full-time, on-site role requires Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. We value trauma-informed practices and a professional, compassionate approach in a busy behavioral health environment.

Qualifications

Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide a range of moderately complex clerical and administrative support functions that contribute to the efficient operation of the unit. The role involves performing detailed and responsible work related to office administration, business processes, and/or fiscal tasks.
This position requires a solid understanding of administrative procedures and the ability to exercise initiative and sound independent judgment within defined guidelines. The Administrative Assistant works with moderate supervision and plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in day-to-day operations.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

License
