Job summary

Intracorp Homes is seeking an extraordinary Administrative Assistant to keep our offices running smoothly and professionally. Reporting to the leadership team, you will support administrative operations, office management, scheduling, document coordination, and day-to-day activities that help our teams work efficiently and effectively.

You bring strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, receptionist, or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive support activities.
  • Experience preparing and routing documents through Docusign or similar electronic signature platforms.
  • Strong administrative skills, including document management, filing, archiving, data entry, and records maintenance.
  • Experience coordinating office services, supplies, shipping, mail distribution, and vendor relationships.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • The ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or departments is preferred.
  • A high level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to providing outstanding internal and external customer service.

You are resourceful, adaptable, and service-oriented, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding support to both internal teams and external guests. You thrive working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams and are motivated by creating order, solving problems, and ensuring things get done right.
