ETAS Inc. in Portsmouth, OH seeks an Administrative Assistant (Direct Hire) to provide high-level administrative support to a large staff with minimal supervision.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented multitasking, and strong communication skills to balance multiple priorities. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or higher with extensive administrative experience (10–12 years), meticulous typing (40+ wpm), and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 10 years of administrative support experience OR 12 years of administrative support experience.
  • Must be a qualified typist (40 words or more per minute)
  • Must be proficient in the use of office equipment, including computers, scanners, fax, and copiers
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook/TEAMS/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Work professionally with individuals, diverse groups, and the public
  • Have well-developed time management and schedule coordination skills
  • Experience in providing clerical and secretarial support to a large origination (preferably Federal) with a formalized structure
  • Experience in preparing and developing correspondence, reports, memorandums, presentations, and other forms of communication for distribution across various organizations
  • Experience in reviewing correspondence for proper format, conformance with procedural instructions, grammar, typographical errors, accuracy and necessary attachments
  • Experience with database systems and applications used for action tracking and deliverable schedules
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and organizing events (both on site and off site)
  • Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and setup/connect for Video Teleconferences via TEAMS/Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Maintain conference room schedules.
  • Demonstrate ability to get along with coworkers, customers, and visitors.

Enterprise Technical Assistance Services, Inc. (ETAS), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Professional Project Services, Inc (Pro2Serve). ETAS was formed and dedicated to support the Department of Energy (DOE) Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) with technical and management services contributing to the safe and cost-effective implementation of the “One PPPO” mission.

The parent company, Pro2Serve, is a nationally recognized environmental, technical, and engineering services firm dedicated to providing critical environmental management services to reduce the Nation’s environmental liabilities and infrastructure engineering services in support of our Nation’s security. Job Description

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
