1 plays a critical role in supporting engineering and technical teams as an entry‑level position by providing foundational project assistance, document management, scheduling support, and client communication under supervision. This position is responsible for supporting project activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring the smooth execution of projects in alignment with AET’s standards of quality, integrity, and innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, and contribute to AET’s commitment to high‑quality project delivery and continuous improvement.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour based on skill set and experience. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
This position is considered part‑time and benefits‑eligible within AET. The role is scheduled for approximately 25 hours per week. Work hours and days may vary based on project needs and department requirements. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position will occasionally be required to operate in a field environment.
