TechOp Solutions is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide full-time administrative support to a Federal client. The Support Specialist will perform a broad range of administrative, clerical, and communication functions supporting the leadership team and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities with professionalism in a fast-paced government environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform standard and non-standard administrative duties to support offices and management.
  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and route inquiries, fulfilling receptionist duties.
  • Maintain appointment calendars; schedule meetings and teleconferences.
  • Compose and respond to routine correspondence and manage email communications.
  • Support vehicle mileage tracking and equipment inventory.
  • Prepare meeting materials, record and distribute minutes, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Assist with timekeeping through GovTA, maintain personnel files, and run attendance reports.
  • Compile and organize budget information, reports, and recurring documentation.
  • Maintain databases, shared drives, and post order tracking spreadsheets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
