Archbishop John Carroll High School seeks an Administrative Assistant to serve as the friendly, professional first point of contact at the main office. The role involves answering calls, guiding inquiries, and supporting daily office operations.
You will work closely with the Principal and Assistant Principal, handling confidential information and coordinating with faculty, parents, and students. This is an on-site, hourly, 12-month position at the school in Radnor, PA.

This position is the de facto face and heart of the school. It is often the first interaction one has with Carroll, whether it is by telephone or in person. This position requires the ability to interact effectively and appropriately with administrators, archdiocesan partners, parents, students, public, trade, etc. in a professional, proficient manner. As the priorities and challenges differ each day, one must be self- motivated, possess strong time management skills and possess the ability to work independently and perform job duties with minimal supervision.

This position is an Hourly, 12-month position
PA required clearances and Safe Environment Certification and official transcripts will be required before employment can begin.
