Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and highly organized Administrative Support Coordinator to support a team focused on childcare development initiatives. This on-site role requires a collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills who can effectively manage administrative tasks while supporting program operations and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to childcare development and program teams.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and program-related communications.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize reports, correspondence, files, and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and tracking program activities.
- Support project coordination and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations, meeting materials, and program resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support general office operations and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting educational, childcare, nonprofit, or community-based programs.
- Experience coordinating projects, events, or program activities.
- Familiarity with record management and reporting processes.
