Excelon Associates is conducting a search on behalf of a private university client for an Executive Administrative Assistant. This role provides vital support to the organization by assisting the President of the client's Florida operations with a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, communication, and office management. The Assistant transcribes and compiles complex documents, correspondence, and reports, working both independently and with a supervisor to set up and revise forms and reports.
Responsibilities include proofreading documents for accuracy, editing for correctness, and facilitating the completion of documents by contacting the originator to address any problems or questions. The role also develops new operator and machine/desktop publishing applications, tests software for routine and special projects, and provides appropriate documentation of departmental procedures.
