Job summary

Resolute Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to the C-Suite. This on-site role requires anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and keeping busy executives organized and prepared for meetings, travel, and events.

You will coordinate complex calendars, travel, and board engagements while safeguarding confidential information and acting as a trusted liaison across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and follow-through.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce/database experience preferred.
  • Experience with executive communications, relationship management, fundraising, or partnership development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, priorities, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, itineraries, appearances, and logistics.
  • Prepare executives for meetings, board sessions, events, and travel.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison with internal teams, board members, donors, VIPs, and external partners.

  • Coordinate leadership offsites and executive/board meetings.
  • Support donor and VIP relationship management, communications, gifts, and events.
  • Track action items and ensure important deadlines and commitments are completed.
  • Prepare expense documentation and post-travel/event follow-up.

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to our C-Suite Leadership team. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels at anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and keeping busy executives organized and prepared.
