The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Job Duties

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room usage

  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, visitor logs, and interview scheduling
  • Support Accounts Payable functions and expense report processing after training
  • Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and safety protocols
  • Coordinate communication between departments to support daily operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
  • Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
