The City of Irving is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to support departmental management with discretion on confidential matters. You will handle data entry, filing, scanning, and general clerical tasks, including processing open records requests and citations.

Duties include provide administrative support to departmental management with appropriate discretion for confidential matters; processing open records requests and citations; assisting with liens and licensing; typing and completing data entry; filing, scanning and copying documents; and other general clerical tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent, two years of general clerical experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are beneficial. Good customer service skills are essential. Hours may vary and will include evenings and weekends. A résumé must be submitted with application.
PAY GRADE GG12 / FULL PAY RANGE $19.80 - $27.92 PER HOUR
