We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistantto join our team in Albany, NY.
This key role supports the office and day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys fostering teamwork and accountability.
Maintain and clean up physical and digital filing systems.
Data entry: accounting software (Sage) and other company platforms.
Manage and restock office and kitchen supplies weekly.
Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
Complete and file internal forms.
Provide general office support: handle deliveries, coordinate orders (clothing/marketing), assist with vehicle logs and maintenance, light errands, and maintain common areas.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
2+ years of experience in an office environment (construction or energy industry experience a plus) preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
