Job Description: An esteemed healthcare facility is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operations of the PO (Professional Office) team. This position is non-patient facing and plays a key role in ensuring efficient and effective administrative support for internal teams within our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate potential travel arrangements.
- Reserve meeting spaces and take detailed minutes during meetings.
- Support the planning and logistics of internal conferences and special events.
- Enter data accurately into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the production and formatting of documents and reports.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, offering administrative support and coordination.
- Provide general office support, including filing, organizing materials, and responding to internal administrative requests
