JOB SUMMARY

The Process Improvement Specialist supports organizational initiatives focused on measurable operational performance, process improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Working under the direction of the designated operational improvement lead, the position evaluates frontline workflows, identifies barriers and inefficiencies, and carries out improvement activities that support established organizational priorities, project goals, and key performance indicators.
