Helps to facilitate functions of the department assigned/floated to by performing duties and responsibilities as described. Provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, Meets the communication needs of patient and family and provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, in a variety of hospital settings. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with providers and team members about changes in patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomology. Able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Is able to perform the general nursing duties of a RN in all departments.

Please note benefits are based on eligibility according to full-time, part-time or PRN status classification.
Graduate of an accredited RN program. Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho. Current BLS. Successful completion of ACLS and PALS courses within 6 months of hire and renewal as required. Complete the basic dysrhythmia class with a grade of 84% or higher within 6 months of hire date.
None Required, Preference given to Critical Care experience.
