Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an energetic administration whiz who welcomes a varied and challenging role but thrives in a welcoming, warm and loving environment where residents are content, visitors feel welcomed, and staff work in harmony to provide a high-level of service.

As the Administration Manager you will be a critical member of the care home management team and will support this team with a wide range of duties, including processing new residents' paperwork, supporting with recruitment of staff and helping our residents enjoy a better every day.

About Our Role:

  • St Joseph's Lifecare, located in Beautiful Upper Hutt, Wellington
  • Permanent full-time (40 hours per week)
  • AM and weekend shifts

Skills & Experience

  • Hours and days of work include one day of the weekend 8.30am - 5pm
  • Strong experience in providing efficient and effective administrative support services
  • Familiar with invoicing and on charging systems
  • Able to liaise with families and funders on funding matters
  • Strong computer literacy skills, especially in Word and Excel
  • Understanding of Nga Paerewa sectors standards and applying the Treaty of Waitangi standards in the workplace.
