This is a hands-on leadership role that combines administration, rostering, customer service and workforce coordination, making a genuine difference to the lives of residents, families and staff every day.
You will:
Lead the reception and administration team
Coordinate staff rosters and vacancy management
Support payroll, timesheet and workforce administration
Oversee resident admissions and administration processes
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee compliance
Support reporting and quality improvement initiatives
Be a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff
Drive continuous improvement across administration and rostering systems
You will bring:
Experience in administration, rostering or workforce coordination
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
Confidence using Microsoft Office and technology systems
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Leadership experience or the ability to support and mentor a small team
