Lutheran Services, Trinder Park Aged Care in Woodridge, is seeking an Administration Officer – Workforce to coordinate rosters, staff availability, and workforce planning. This role supports service managers, department heads, staff and Payroll to ensure compliant and efficient rosters for high-quality resident care.
The ideal candidate has rostering/coordination experience, understanding of enterprise agreements, and strong organisational skills.

This role is at the heart of workforce coordination, helping ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time to support safe, high-quality care for our residents. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, Heads of Department, staff and Payroll to keep rosters accurate, compliant and running smoothly.

Role Type: Part Time | 65 hours Fortnight | Monday to Friday
Remuneration: $31.46 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to Staff Discounts & Benefits
