Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of two or more full-time employees.
• Oversee accounting support functions: collections, billing, verifications and payments.
• Coordinate forms, reports, and filing; verify accuracy.
• Administer local HR processes and payroll policies.
• Train staff and monitor SOX compliance.
• Prepare customer statements and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain vehicle records and update price lists.
• Collaborate with departments and manage vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
