Requirements include being computer literate with knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. Experience with Service Titan is preferred but not required. The role involves communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and employees via phone, email, and text, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing invoices, processing paperwork for installations, maintaining detailed notes, updating CRM systems, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, managing service contracts, and adhering to scheduling techniques. A positive, self-motivated attitude and a strong work ethic are essential. Experience with QuickBooks data entry and familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing learning in these areas is expected.
