Base pay range

$20,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr

Location: Remote

Compensation: $15 / hour (Independent Contractor)

Schedule: Part-time or full-time (20-40 hours/week)

Job Description:

Farmers Juice (farmersjuice.com) is looking for someone who's kind, warm, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel heard, supported, and cared for. You'll be the friendly voice our customers reach when they need help — whether that's tracking a delivery, fixing an order, or just understanding what makes our juices special. If you're a clear communicator who thrives on solving problems with heart and clarity, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound and warmth customer calls with warmth, clarity, and calm
• Solve order, delivery, and product-related issues quickly and kindly
• Leave customers with a "wow, that was easy and helpful" feeling
• Communicate with our internal team for escalations or feedback loops
• Track calls, resolutions, and callback needs using tools like Aircall and Google Sheets
