Must be computer literate with knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. Service Titan experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have a team-oriented mentality and communicate professionally and friendly with customers, vendors, and employees via phone, email, and text. Effective communication about our services and membership plans is essential. Responsibilities include answering calls promptly, following up on customer requests, creating and reviewing invoices, processing paperwork for new installs, warranty registrations, and rebate applications. You will oversee various administrative tasks, maintain detailed notes, and follow up on service requests internally and externally. Updating customer interactions in Service Titan (CRM system) accurately and timely is required. You will also follow up on leads, proposals, and potential sales, and schedule service and sales appointments, assigning staff accordingly. Maintaining service agreement contracts for renewals and scheduling, adhering to schedule optimization techniques, and independently resolving customer issues are key responsibilities. A positive, motivated attitude, strong work ethic, and initiative are essential. QuickBooks data entry, invoicing, payments, and report generation experience is preferred but not required. HVAC and plumbing technical awareness is also preferred but will be developed upon starting the position.
