Must be computer literate with knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. Service Titan experience is preferred but not required. The candidate should possess a team-oriented mentality and communicate professionally and friendly via phone, email, and text with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Effective communication about our services and membership plans is essential. Responsibilities include answering calls promptly, addressing customer requests, creating and reviewing invoices, processing paperwork for new installations, warranty registrations, and rebate applications. The role involves managing various administrative duties, maintaining detailed notes, following up on service requests, updating customer interactions in the CRM system (Service Titan), capturing new customer information accurately, and following up on leads and proposals until resolution. The candidate should be comfortable making cold calls, scheduling appointments, managing service contracts, and adhering to schedule optimization strategies. Independence in resolving customer issues, a positive attitude, motivation, and a strong work ethic are essential. Experience with QuickBooks data entry, vendor billing, invoicing, payments, and report generation is preferred but not required. HVAC and plumbing technical awareness is also preferred but not mandatory; ongoing learning in these areas will be expected.
